Kings XI Punjab moves the HC for justice

Kings XI Punjab is taking on the official way to fight off the ban that was imposed on the team that is owned by Ness Wadia the manufacturer and also Priety Zinta the actress. A petition of arbitration was filed questioning the decision made by the Cricket Board in the Bombay High Court as the board terminated their playing contract in the IPL franchise.

Since Kings XI Punjab is not the only team that lost the ground to play another team by Shilpa Shetty the entertainment star called Rajasthan Royals also questioned the decision that was made to terminate the teams contract from IPL in the High Court against the BCCI.

The termination of the two teams that is Kings XI Punjab and Rajasthan Royals by BCCI comes after the board charged them with not informing the board about the change in their share holding approach.Kings XI Punjab said that the termination of their playing term is a calculated and wholly deliberate move as the BCCI wanted to make huge profits by accepting other bids in place of them for the IPL teams. The team of Kings XI Punjab was bought in a bid of Rs 76 crore but now the new franchises are paying the BCCI Rs 330 and 370 crore.

The termination of the franchise by BCCI came about backed up with the fact that the signing of the agreement was done by other people and not the group who owes the team. The Kings XI is asking the BCCI to come back with the team as this will hurt the players of Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Punjab.
