According to B.C. Medical Association, “Mixed martial arts” is to be banned by Ottawa in Canada. This ban will be passed to the Canadian Medical Association’s annual meeting, BCMA hopes. But the conversation says that the doctor’s concern towards fighters is well and good but there are lot more sports which involves more risk than MMA and boxing like bike divers, skiers, etc.
So the doctors can suggest the boxing board to strict their boxing rules and regulations in order to protect the fighters but there is no need to ban the total MMA sports and it’s illogical too. Also every fighter is having good awareness about the risk which is going to take place in their respective sports. Anyway we will wait and watch whether the BCMA is considering this prescription!!!
